TL;DR: A substantial platform update shipped across multiple services. The biggest user-facing changes: Wrench scores (lead score, persona, archetype, persuasion angles) now sync reliably to HubSpot contacts, a new Connectors page makes it easier to wire up third-party tools, the browser plugin gets a much-improved contact popup, and a cluster of data accuracy bugs have been fixed — including the ad creative impact chart showing inconsistent values and the meta-measures settings page returning empty.
What’s New
HubSpot CRM Sync — Now Actually Working
Wrench enrichment data — including lead scores, personas, archetypes, and persuasion angles — is now writing to your HubSpot contacts correctly. This service was silently failing to write anything, meaning your CRM was missing the intelligence Wrench had already computed. That’s fixed. A dry run completed successfully and live results are now being monitored. If you use HubSpot, expect to start seeing Wrench data populated on your contact records.
Connectors Page (Pipes)
A new Connectors page is live in the platform. It lets you connect third-party tools via OAuth with agent tooling included per connector — tools only activate when the connector is actually connected, so nothing runs until you’ve authorized it. This is currently behind a feature flag as the beta rolls out.
Browser Plugin — Improved Contact Popup
The people popup modal in the browser plugin has been overhauled with refresh buttons, making it easier to pull updated contact intelligence without reloading the page. The plugin now supports Chrome and Edge, with a Google submission pending for broader distribution.
Real-Time Notifications
The notification inbox now shows real-time job updates as they complete — no more refreshing to see if an enrichment or scoring job finished. Currently live for the five highest-traffic jobs, with more coming. Available in beta via opt-in.
Billing: Invoice Voiding Now Honored
When an invoice is voided, plan credits are now correctly restored. Previously, voided invoices were silently ignored and left accounts in a zero-credit state. This is now handled properly — credits are re-granted and the account is unblocked automatically.
LinkedIn Enrichment — Upgraded Data Source
LinkedIn enrichment has been migrated to a more reliable data provider. Expect improved data freshness and fewer enrichment gaps on LinkedIn-sourced contacts.
Bug Fixes
- Meta-measures settings page was returning empty — The page was calling the wrong endpoint and displaying nothing. Fixed. Your meta-measure configurations now load correctly.
- Ad creative impact chart showed inconsistent values — The impact chart was displaying numbers that didn’t match the scatter view for the same data. The two views are now consistent.
- Agent document generation reliability — An internal tool was generating invalid documents in certain agent workflows. The tool has been removed and those workflows now produce correct output.
- Authentication errors now return correct status codes — Expired or invalid sessions now return a proper 401 response rather than a generic 500 error, which improves reliability for any integrations or automations that check response codes.
What This Means for You
For Sales Teams
The HubSpot sync fix is the big one — Wrench intelligence that was computed but not making it into your CRM is now flowing through correctly. If you use HubSpot for outreach, you’ll start seeing lead scores, personas, and persuasion angles on your contact records. The improved LinkedIn enrichment also means cleaner data on LinkedIn-sourced prospects.
For Marketing Teams
The ad creative impact chart fix restores accuracy to creative performance reporting. The meta-measures settings page fix means your configuration changes are now reliably saved and visible. Both of these were silent data issues that may have affected decisions — they’re now resolved.
For Leadership & Ops
The Connectors page and notification system are early signals of where the platform is heading — deeper integrations and better real-time visibility into what’s running. Billing reliability improvements (invoice voiding) round out a release focused on making the platform more trustworthy end-to-end.
