Release Notes: AiAxis v3.1.7 (April 2026)

TL;DR

The April 2026 platform update delivers significant improvements to AI conversations, introduces role-based assistant sharing, expands creative analytics capabilities, and strengthens contact and account management across your workspace. This release also includes a cleaner navigation experience and more reliable data handling throughout the platform.

What’s New

Share AI Assistants with Role-Based Access

You can now share any AI Assistant with specific team members and assign them an exact level of access — owner, editor, or viewer — without transferring full ownership. Multiple owners are now supported on a single assistant, so collaborative teams can manage their AI tools together without friction.

  • Share individual AI assistants with specific clients or teammates directly from the assistant configuration screen.
  • Assign owner, editor, or viewer permissions per person so the right people have the right level of control.
  • Owners can grant access to editors or viewers; editors can add viewers only; viewers cannot grant access.
  • See a live list of who currently has access to each assistant without leaving the configuration view.
  • Remove or update access at any time without disrupting other users.
  • Organization sharing is now clearly separated from individual user permissions and is limited to viewer/use-only access — keeping your configurations clean and intentional.
  • Public access remains enterprise-gated, while general sharing stays team-gated.

This brings Wrench.ai’s Advanced AI Agents to full team-ready status, enabling collaborative ownership and delegated control across your entire organization.

Improvements

AI Chat & Conversation Quality

  • Conversations now receive clean, accurate titles automatically — blank or garbled labels no longer appear after a chat session ends.
  • Extended conversations complete reliably without interruption, so long responses always arrive in full.
  • AI responses are now powered by an upgraded model, delivering improved quality across all chat interactions.

Creative Analytics & Management

Your Serendipity AI Creative workspace now gives you more control and cleaner visibility into your creative library:

  • The creative scatter chart now renders with correct scale and axis bounds, matching the display style of other analytics charts throughout the platform.
  • Creative images are now labeled by source — your own uploads, competitor references, or AI-generated assets — making your library easier to navigate and filter.
  • Individual creatives can now be scored directly from within the platform without leaving the interface.

Account & Organization Management

  • Organization profiles, logos, and company details can now be updated directly within the platform — no workaround required.
  • Brand kit settings can be saved and retrieved in a single step, and files can be uploaded directly to your knowledge store from within the platform.

Contact Management

  • Contacts can now be created, edited, tagged, and exported without leaving the platform.
  • Contact profile lookups now return complete and accurate results for all client accounts.
  • Contact and filter tags are scoped to each individual client account, so you see and manage only your own tags — not those from other accounts.
  • Record ownership can now be reassigned to team members without encountering permission restrictions.

Navigation & Sidebar Experience

  • Your navigation sidebar now presents a focused, distraction-free view of your workspace, showing only the tools and sections you use every day.
  • Promotional prompts no longer appear in your sidebar while you navigate the platform.

Bug Fixes

  • Agents shared with your account are now always visible, regardless of which login identity received the original invitation — resolving an issue where users with multiple identity records could not see their shared agents.
  • CSV files uploaded through integrations are now stored with a client-specific key, keeping each client’s imported data fully separated from others.
  • Ownership transfers are now processed consistently across all account configurations.

What This Means for You

For Sales Teams: Role-based assistant sharing means you can now give clients and teammates access to specific AI Assistants with precisely calibrated permissions. No more worrying about accidental changes or access creep — owners stay in control, and viewers can use without modifying. The improved chat experience with cleaner conversation titles also makes it easier to find and continue previous sessions quickly.

For Leadership & Operations: The new organization profile management, contact export capabilities, and tighter account isolation mean your platform data is cleaner, more trustworthy, and easier to audit. The Analytics Agent and Digital Campaign Agent both benefit from these data quality improvements. For a look at what’s coming next, see the Platform Sneak Peek.
