TL;DR: This update introduces Assistant Sharing with role-based permissions, improves analytics accuracy across creative and lead score charts, delivers more reliable ad creative scoring, strengthens data pipeline resilience, and adds new self-service account management controls.
Assistant Sharing & Permissions
You can now share AI Assistants with specific team members and clients directly from the platform — and control exactly who has access and what they can do.
What’s New
- Share any AI Assistant with specific people from the assistant configuration screen, granting access without transferring ownership.
- Assign owner, editor, or viewer roles per person. Owners can manage all access; editors can add viewers; viewers can use the assistant without modifying it.
- See a live list of who currently has access to each assistant without leaving the configuration view.
- Organization-level sharing is now clearly separated from individual user permissions, giving you more granular control.
- Remove or update access at any time without disrupting other users.
Assistants also now support multiple owners — the old single-owner transfer flow has been replaced by a more flexible sharing model.

Workspace Agent Visibility
Every member of a workspace can now see and interact with all agents assigned to that workspace. Access is no longer limited to administrators or owners — your entire team works from the same set of available assistants.
Analytics Improvements
Creative and lead score charts now display more accurate, correctly labeled data across all views:
- Heatmap and tornado charts render properly categorized data with accurate impact scores for all contacts.
- Lead score trend views now include a 7-day rolling average, making it easier to identify momentum shifts over time.

Ad Creative Intelligence
Several improvements make your ad creative analysis more accurate and consistent:
- Consistent scoring: The same ad creative evaluated multiple times now returns identical scores — score variance across runs has been eliminated. What you see reliably reflects each creative’s performance potential.
- Accurate low scores: Creatives that score low now show their true score rather than an inflated estimate. Thumbnail and summary scores align across every view.
- Duplicate elimination: The same ad image uploaded across different campaigns is now recognized as a single image, so your creative library no longer shows inflated counts or split performance data.
- Competitor creatives: Each unique competitor ad image now appears exactly once in your account, and AI analysis runs automatically after every competitor data scrape — no manual refresh needed.

Data Pipeline & Reliability
Your data is now more resilient and complete:
- Fewer silent drops: Contact and entity records with an unrecognized date or non-numeric value in a scored field are now retained — the affected field is left blank instead of the entire record being discarded.
- Video view data: Ad video engagement metrics are now available across your reporting pipeline. Track video performance alongside other ad metrics in a single, unified dataset.
- Smarter freshness monitoring: Ad platform freshness status is now checked against your actual connected data sources rather than generic schemas. Enrichment freshness runs independently from ad platform checks, so one inactive connection doesn’t block the other.
- Better CSV upload feedback: When a CSV upload cannot be processed, you now receive an in-app notification immediately with a specific explanation of what needs to be corrected — no more silent failures.
Billing & Account Management
- Billing operations are faster and more reliable, with streamlined processing across all account types.
- Account holders can now update their password, complete onboarding, and delete their account directly within the platform.
- Workspace owners can create, rename, and remove workspaces without contacting support.
- Document attachments from agents now display real filenames with stable preview and thumbnail links.
