TL;DR
This update strengthens your data pipeline from end to end — with automated daily freshness checks, more resilient record ingestion, faster billing operations, new ad video view metrics, and restored media processing reliability.
What’s New
Ad Video View Reporting
You can now view video engagement data for your ads directly within your reports. Track video performance alongside other ad metrics in a single, unified dataset — giving you a complete picture of how your video creatives perform across campaigns.
Automated Daily Data Freshness Monitoring
Your dashboards and reports now reflect data that is automatically verified as current every day. When a data source falls behind, the platform detects it the same day, reducing the window where stale data could influence your decisions. No manual checks required.
Improvements
More Resilient Data Ingestion
Contact and entity records with imperfect data fields are now retained in your pipeline instead of being silently discarded. If a record contains an unrecognized date format or a non-numeric value in a scored field, the affected field is left blank rather than dropping the entire record. Your record counts after ingestion now accurately reflect what was submitted.
Smarter Data Freshness by Source
Ad platform freshness status (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and others) is now checked against each client’s actual connected data sources rather than generic schemas. Enrichment data freshness runs independently from ad platform checks, so an inactive ad connection no longer blocks enrichment status reporting. When multiple connections exist for the same platform, the system consistently selects the primary source for deterministic results.
Faster, More Reliable Billing
All usage recording for ELT, plugin, and media optimization now runs on the current billing system with no legacy fallback paths. Workspace affordability checks and customer metadata updates complete without cascading processing loops that previously caused slowdowns during peak billing events. Account identity validation is now more precise, ensuring billing records return accurate results.
Stronger Account Isolation
Your data processing runs under tighter cross-account access controls, ensuring your account’s operations remain isolated from others on the platform. Permissions governing automated data jobs are scoped more precisely, reducing the surface area for unintended access.
Reliable Ad Image Matching
Ad images are now consistently matched across both historical backfills and new incoming data from Facebook. Previously enriched image records are preserved and no longer overwritten when fresh data arrives, maintaining the integrity of your creative analytics.
Restored Media Processing Pipeline
Media optimization now completes reliably from start to finish, eliminating delays in your content pipeline. Tasks run through to completion without stopping partway, giving you faster turnaround on asset processing.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where records with non-standard date formats were silently dropped during ingestion
- Fixed enrichment freshness checks being blocked by unconfigured ad platform connections
- Resolved a billing processing loop that caused slowdowns during high-traffic events
- Fixed ad image records being overwritten during Facebook data syncs
- Restored end-to-end media optimization pipeline that was failing silently in production
What This Means for You
Marketing teams: Video view metrics give you a complete picture of creative performance, and daily freshness checks mean you’re always working with current data when planning campaigns via the Digital Campaign Agent.
Sales teams: More resilient data ingestion means your uploaded contact lists arrive complete — no more mystery record drops after CSV imports.
Leadership: Faster billing, stronger account isolation, and automated data quality monitoring reduce operational risk and support overhead across your organization.
