What’s New

Plan-Based Access Controls

Wrench.ai now clearly differentiates which features are available at each plan level. If your team is on a free or individual plan, you’ll see a clear upgrade prompt when attempting to access workspace management, team member management, agent sharing, or org-level file uploads. This makes it easy to understand exactly what your current plan includes — and what you’d gain by upgrading — without any guesswork.

Trial Awareness and Upgrade Path

If your organization is in an active trial, you’ll now see a persistent banner at the top of the interface showing how many days remain, with a direct link to upgrade when you’re ready. As your trial winds down, the banner shifts from purple to orange to red — so your team always knows where you stand. The sidebar also displays a matching progress card that updates in real time. No more surprises at the end of your trial period.

Billing Page Revamp

The billing page has been redesigned to give you a complete picture before you reach the Stripe portal. You can now see your current plan tier, trial status, days remaining, and credit balance all in one place. Locked features are listed explicitly so you know exactly what upgrading will unlock — making the upgrade decision straightforward for you and your leadership team.

Download AI Assistant Responses as PDF or Word

Every AI assistant response in Wrench.ai now includes a download button. You can save any response as a PDF or Word document — making it easy to share AI-generated insights with colleagues who aren’t in the platform, include outputs in reports, or archive results for future reference. This is particularly useful for Advanced AI Agent outputs and campaign summaries generated by the Digital Campaign Agent.

CSV Upload Job Status Tracking

When you upload a CSV file, you’ll now see a live status indicator that polls for progress every 30 seconds. Previously, the 10–30 minute processing pipeline was invisible — you’d upload a file and simply wait. Now you have real-time visibility into where your data stands, so your team can plan around it rather than wonder.

Agent Grouping in the All AI Agents View

The All AI Agents view now groups agents by type, with your private agents shown first. Disabled agents are hidden by default with an option to reveal them. For teams managing large agent libraries, this significantly reduces visual clutter and helps your team find the right agent faster. Mobile Chat Experience

Mobile users will notice a noticeably smoother chat experience. Action icons no longer clip on small screens, messages automatically scroll to the bottom as the AI streams its response, and the interface adapts more cleanly to narrow viewports. These changes make Wrench.ai more usable on the go — whether you’re reviewing AI outputs or checking in on campaigns from your phone.

Thread Sidebar: Full Titles and Email Visibility

The chat thread sidebar now displays the user’s email address alongside the date for each thread, and thread titles are no longer truncated. This makes it easier to identify conversations at a glance — especially in shared team workspaces where multiple members are actively using the platform.

Credits Counter Color Coding

Your credits counter now changes color as your balance gets low: yellow below 100 credits, red at zero. A direct link to the billing page is included, so topping up takes seconds. This small but meaningful change helps your team stay ahead of credit usage rather than being caught off guard.

Dropdown Search Stability

Searching within dropdowns no longer causes a brief blank-screen flicker while results load. Existing options now stay visible as the search updates, keeping the interface stable and reducing the confusion that came from momentary content disappearing mid-interaction.

Consistent Chart Labels Across Export Formats

Campaign type labels are now consistent across the Heatmap, Tornado, and Sophistication Impact charts — whether you’re viewing tooltips, scanning table views, or working with CSV exports. This consistency makes your Analytics Agent outputs more reliable and reduces time spent reconciling data across formats.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where navigating away from an agent configuration page redirected unexpectedly to the last open chat room instead of the intended destination.
  • Resolved an issue where the billing page did not correctly display plan tier and credit information on initial load.
  • Resolved an issue where Word document exports had a double-indent caused by an extra body margin.
  • Resolved an issue where the Workspace Usage and Agent ROI pages returned errors due to incorrect API routing.
  • Resolved an issue where exported filenames could contain unescaped special characters; all filenames are now sanitized before download.
  • Resolved a keyboard accessibility issue where locked UI elements were reachable via keyboard navigation despite being unavailable at the current plan level.
  • Resolved a brief flash of unlocked team-only features that appeared momentarily while the app was checking plan level on initial load.
