Real-Time Job Notifications
The background job system has been rebuilt with a new events layer. When you kick off a contact enrichment, lead score run, or any other long-running operation, the platform now tracks and surfaces its status live — directly in your notification panel.
Previously there was no reliable way to know whether a background task was still running, had completed, or had stalled. The running jobs panel now connects to the new event system and updates in real time. You always know what’s happening in your workspace without refreshing or guessing.
AI Agent: Connectivity Tools Now Fully Operational
The Wrench AI agent has supported connections to HubSpot, Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, and Notion for some time — but those tools weren’t registered in the planner’s awareness, so the agent had no knowledge to include them in its plans. That gap is closed. All 15 integration tools are now live in the agent’s planning registry.
In practice: if you ask the agent to create a HubSpot deal, forward an email, save a file to Google Drive, or write a Notion page, it will now plan and execute those steps rather than routing the request back to you.
A Notion Pipes connector has also been added, extending the agent’s reach into Notion workflows specifically designed around the Pipes feature set.
HubSpot: Richer Record Support
HubSpot company record schemas have been expanded from 5 to 14 fields. The agent now has significantly more context when creating or looking up accounts in your CRM, producing more complete and accurate records.
Notion Integration: Schema-Aware and More Capable
Notion databases can name their Title column anything — “Name,” “Task,” “Brief,” whatever fits the workspace. Previously, agent-driven page creation would fail if the database used a non-default title column name. The agent now reads your database schema before writing and finds the correct title field automatically, regardless of how your Notion workspace is organized.
Agents can also now populate page body content when creating Notion pages — not just the title. This unlocks more complete automations: drafting a brief in Notion from a conversation, logging a summary after a workflow step, or populating a structured document without manual follow-up.
Agent Behavior: No More Fabricated Confirmations
The AI agent now requires a verified tool result before reporting that an action was completed. In edge cases where the planner selected a tool but execution was bypassed, the agent would sometimes generate a confident-sounding confirmation anyway. That behavior is gone — if the agent didn’t execute the action, it will tell you directly rather than presenting a fabricated success.
What This Means for You
For Marketing Teams
Workflows that touch HubSpot records, Notion content, or Google Drive assets can now be handed off to the AI agent end-to-end. The agent executes the steps — and you’ll know exactly when each step is done via live job notifications.
For Sales Teams
HubSpot deal and note creation through the agent now carries 14-field company context, producing more complete CRM records. Notion-based call notes, pipeline summaries, and account briefs are fully automated and work across however you’ve structured your databases.
For Leadership and Operations
The agent’s confirmations are now trustworthy — a success means an action ran, not that the model was confident. Real-time job visibility means your team spends less time asking “did that run yet?” and more time acting on results.
