What’s New
Slack Integration
Connect your Slack account and your AI agent can read your channels and send messages — all without you leaving Wrench or switching apps. Ask it to share a summary with your team, follow up with a contact, or drop an update in a channel. If you’re already using the Microsoft Teams integration, Slack works the same way. Connect at Organization Settings → Connectors.
Scheduled Prompts — Now Out of Alpha
Write a prompt once, set a schedule, and your agent runs it automatically — no need for you to be there. Morning pipeline summaries, weekly lead digests, daily follow-up checks. This release brings scheduled prompts to full reliability: Run Now works as expected, execution status is accurate, and scheduled runs are clearly separated from your own conversations in the thread list. Access at Scheduled Prompts.
Plugin: Chat About What You’re Looking At
Use the + button in the Wrench browser plugin to attach the current web page to your conversation. Your agent sees exactly what you see — the full page, or just the text you’ve selected. If you’re scrolling a LinkedIn feed and want to discuss one specific post, select that text and only that gets shared. Pages are stored with your conversation and appear in your history. Nothing is captured automatically — pages are only sent when you choose to attach them. Download the plugin.
Desktop App v1
Wrench Desktop has been completely rebuilt and re-released as v1. Find it here.
Improvements
- Richer integration responses — Contact lists, channel lists, and message threads are now presented to your agent with more complete context, thanks to increased agent memory limits. You’ll get more thorough, accurate answers when asking about connected data.
- Chat UI improvements — Attachment display, streaming animations, and image loading have all been polished for a smoother experience.
- Cleaner thread view — Scheduled prompt runs are now clearly separated from your own conversations in the thread list.
- More reliable plugin — The plugin responds more reliably to what you’re actively doing on the current page.
What This Means for You
For Marketing Teams: Scheduled prompts mean your weekly campaign summaries, lead digests, and performance reports can run automatically — delivered to you before your Monday morning meeting, without any manual effort. Pair this with Advanced AI Agents to automate your recurring marketing workflows.
For Sales Teams: The Slack integration means your agent can drop follow-up summaries or prospect updates directly into your team’s Slack channels. Combined with contact enrichment, you can build automated outreach support that fits right into how your team already communicates. See how the Digital Campaign Agent can help.
For Leadership: Scheduled reporting means you get consistent, timely intelligence without depending on anyone to manually pull it. Set up a weekly performance digest and it runs itself. Explore the Analytics Agent for automated reporting capabilities.
