Wrench v4.12.0 — Smarter Navigation, Unified Assistants, and Live Service Connectors

TL;DR

Smarter app navigation. Assistants appear everywhere now. Service Connectors go live. Scheduled prompts, chat, and billing all got UX improvements.

Navigation & Organization

Assistants everywhere — The platform now uses “Assistants” consistently across the sidebar, breadcrumbs, and all related pages. No more terminology confusion.

Cleaner sidebar — Lead Score moves into the Analysis section. People appears before Creative. Settings (User, Org, Billing) now sit above the sidebar divider for easier access. AI Providers is now a sidebar link instead of buried in settings.

Data Connections page — Integrations renamed to Data Connections with clearer outcome language and placeholder cards removed.

Service Connectors & Integrations

Service Connectors now generally available — Beta label removed. The beta banner is gone. Full production support.

Connector pages separated — Service Connectors and AI Connectors each have their own dedicated pages for clarity.

Artifacts & Scheduled Prompts

Artifacts library redesigned — New drawer-based layout. Hover action is now labeled “Open”. Failed loads show an error state instead of disappearing silently.

Scheduled prompts improvements — Timezone selection is now searchable. Disabled Assistants are filtered from dropdowns. Prompt titles link to their definition. Errors on “Run Now” surface as toast notifications instead of failing silently.

Chat & Thread Management

Better thread filtering — The workspace filter now includes all members. A new Scheduled filter lets you see scheduled thread runs. Each thread retains its preferred model across conversations.

File handling — File upload errors now show in the UI instead of being silently discarded.

Billing & ROI

Clearer billing messaging — The zero-credits banner no longer shows prescriptive failure warnings. Billing warning contrast improved for legibility.

Billable rates — Teams with rate-setting permissions can now configure per-Assistant hourly rates and set an organization-wide default.

ROI report UI live — Tab structure and team adoption chart wired in and ready to use.

Accessibility

Keyboard focus ring restored on prompt title buttons. Motion-safe animations applied consistently across the platform.

Beta Features

For opted-in accounts: per-conversation LLM model selector now available. External spend, governance, and LLM cost sections in the ROI report visible for accounts with the ai-integrations flag.

What This Means for You

For Marketing & Sales: Cleaner interface means faster navigation to the data you need. Assistants are now the primary tool everywhere — no learning separate names.

For Admins: Billing controls and rate configuration are now more accessible. ROI dashboards show team adoption progress in real time.

For Everyone: Scheduled prompts run reliably. Chat stays responsive. No more silent errors on file uploads.
